Shipping Coverage

JuiceBuddy ships worldwide.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    •    United States: 5–12 business days

    •    International: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.


Delivery Conditions

JuiceBuddy is committed to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address provided at checkout. To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a valid, complete, and accurate shipping address.

Orders are delivered during normal business hours.

For security reasons, JuiceBuddy:

    •    Does not ship to PO boxes

    •    Does not ship to military bases

    •    Does not accept orders when the recipient or address cannot be properly identified


Incorrect Address Policy

JuiceBuddy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order is already processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

JuiceBuddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier directly.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by JuiceBuddy.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability and fulfillment locations. This does not affect your shipping cost.


Delays

JuiceBuddy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    •    Weather conditions

    •    Carrier delays

    •    Customs processing

    •    Natural disasters

    •    Peak holiday seasons

    •    Force majeure events
